Description : Pilgrims from surrounding provinces hold rally with Saint San Pedro in the centre, at the annual festival in 9th, in the small town of Corongo, Peru. Corongo is located in the Callejon de Conchucos valley and is about 6 hours by bus from Huaraz. It has an impressive church of Saint San Pedro and a great variety of places to visit, especially lagoons located in the high parts of the province, and the thermal baths of Aticara and Pacatqui.
