Description : A man holds syringes and needles, collected from a medical dumpsite, behind the government run Civil Hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. He is a drug abuser and though he knows the risks, he sometimes uses these needles washing them, at the height of craving, when he can not find fresh ones.
