Description : An Afghan boy, who works as a helper in an auto workshop, takes a break lying down on a concrete platform, in the Pia Minara neighborhood of the north-western city of Herat. The average Afghan man struggles to support his family on the equivalent of US per day, and some 20 to 30 per cent of children of primary-school age work to supplement the family income. There are thousands of children who work in hazardous conditions all over Afghanistan.
