Description : A Hanuman langur is sitting on the roof, and whenever it gets the chance, it snatches a guava from a tree to eat amidst the heavy rain, and tree branches are snapping. Occasionally, a mother and her young one are seen eating guavas together, and the baby monkey makes various funny gestures. Northern plains grey langurs (Semnopithecus entellus), also known as Hanuman langurs or Bengal sacred langurs, create major problems for farmers in West Bengal by raiding orchards and vegetable fields, causing severe damage to crops like guava and seasonal vegetables.
