Description : This is the Magul Maduwa, or Royal Audience Hall, located within the Royal Palace complex in Kandy. Constructed in 1783, this wooden structure served as the venue where the Kandyan Kings met ministers and held court. The building is renowned for its two rows of intricately carved wooden pillars supporting a wooden roof, showcasing traditional Kandyan craftsmanship. It is located next to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa) and is part of a UNESCO World Heritage site. Sri Lanka.
